Served in WWII until discharged Oct. 1945 with rank of S/Sgt. Remained in active Reserves. Was recalled during Korean Conflict in 1950. Served as T/Sgt in Headquarters Material, Air Base Group, 516 Troop Carrier Wing. After Discharge from Korean Conflict, served in various positions for 16 years; NCOIC Material as M/Sgt., Special Agent(Res) OSI as M/Sgt., NCOIC Postal Unit as M/Sgt., Supt.Finance as M/Sgt. Received Discharge on Sept. 19, 1985 from Reserves after 20 years service. After discharge from USAF active duty : went to work with Postal Service - for 38 years. Retired as Gen. Manager-Facilities Dept.-Southern Regional Office- Memphis, Tn. I currently live in Olive Branch, MS. I'm 83 years of age, 04-22-2007.
