Pvt Raymond C Schmoyer was assigned to the 301st BG 419th Squadron.

The 29th Reconnaissance Squadron was organized and attached to the 301st in January-February 1942. Redesignated Bombardment Squadron in April, one week later it was renamed 419th Bomb Squadron. Pvt Raymond C. Schmoyer was a member of the 29th when it was re-designated the 419th Squadron. He was a crewmember of A/C 41-2415 Uncle Biff
