Stewart Taylor

My father's name was Stewart Taylor and he served in the 12th AF and I believe the 301st BG. The name of his plane was the "Eager Beaver" He passed away 7 years ago and I have been trying to gather information about his history. I know that he was a flight engineer and a tail gunner/waist gunner. His plane was shot down in either the mediterrenean or black sea(not sure). He did talk about being station'd in Africa. I know he was awarded at least 10 air medals and his general was James Doolittle. I do have some pictures that I have been meaning to get scanned but have been procrastinating. Any info you have or could share would be great. I can be email's at staylor@mccarthy.com
Thank you
