Wallace Tate
TATE, Wallace A. Sr., 83, of New Lexington, OH died August 11, 2006. He was a member of the Fairfield Barb Wire Association, Chapter # 4. Wallace was serving as a waist gunner in the 32nd Squadron during WWII when he was shot down on July 26, 1944. He spent 9 months in Luft IV. Survivors include his wife, Wanda, one daughter, one son, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
