He has destroyed two (2) enemy aircraft and he has participated in fifteen (15) sorties against the enemy and he has destroyed one (1) enemy aircraft. Residence at enlistment: Lexington, Kentucky. GO #31, HQ XII Air Force, 20 February 1943.
