T/Sgt. Melvin W. Craig Washington 301st Bomb Group 419th Bomb Squadron Flight Engineer/Upper Turrent Gunner Brand new Staff Sgt. - October 1942

I have been researching for more than two years, the service of my wife's uncle, T/Sgt. Melvin W. Craig, who was KIA (11 Jan. 44). There were three survivors from the loss of #42-30341. If any of these gentlemen or their family are still with us, I sure would like to hear their story of survival and repatriation.

T/Sgt. Raymond A. Wood 31148887
S/Sgt. John J. Murray 32427453
S/Sgt. Russell C. Wallace 15019628

Also looking for: T/Sgt. Gerald E. Fruit 37157586 who filed a witness report for MACR 1834. All these airmen were assigned to the 419th Bomb Squadron. Can only hope to run across any of them. Thanks for your help.
